Winnipeg Football Club

Winnipeg Football Club was a football club formed in 1879 and was a member of the Manitoba Rugby Football Union, a league that preceded the Canadian Football League. It was the predecessor to the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. The WFC later joined the Western Canada Rugby Football Union in 1911.
