The Wine-Throated Hummingbird (Atthis ellioti) is a species of hummingbird in the Trochilidae family. It is found in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Mexico. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes and heavily degraded former forest. At 7 cm, it's the smallest bird within it's range.
