Windover Farms of Titusville is a subdivision near Titusville, Florida. The road, Windover Way, is the same road from the Titusville subdivision, 25 miles further north. This is an area of beautiful homes in a rural atmosphere. Inside the association is the Windover archaeological site where 8000 year old remains were discovered.

Windover Farms is located in north Brevard County, Florida. The area of the Windover Farms subdivision covers several square miles surrounding a 500 acre Bird Sanctuary. The average elevation of the subdivision is 20 feet above sea level. 3.1 miles to the west is St. Johns River. To the east is US Highway 1 and Indian River. To the west is Interstate 95. To the south is the unincorportated neighborhood of Port St. John, Florida. To the north is the city of Titusville.
