Windham Township is a township in Wyoming County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. As of the 2000 census, the township population was 828.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 23.2 square miles (60.0 km²), of which, 22.3 square miles (57.7 km²) of it is land and 0.9 square miles (2.4 km²) of it (3.97%) is water.

As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 828 people, 325 households, and 233 families residing in the township. The population density was 37.2 people per square mile (14.4/km²). There were 405 housing units at an average density of 18.2/sq mi (7.0/km²). The racial makeup of the township was 98.31% White, 0.48% African American, 0.36% Native American, 0.12% Asian, and 0.72% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.24% of the population.

There were 325 households out of which 31.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 57.5% were married couples living together, 8.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 28.3% were non-families. 22.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 8.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.52 and the average family size was 2.90.

In the township the population was spread out with 24.9% under the age of 18, 6.8% from 18 to 24, 27.2% from 25 to 44, 28.3% from 45 to 64, and 12.9% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 39 years. For every 100 females there were 98.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 100.6 males.

The median income for a household in the township was $39,583, and the median income for a family was $41,771. Males had a median income of $32,019 versus $20,278 for females. The per capita income for the township was $17,443. About 3.5% of families and 7.5% of the population were below the poverty line, including 3.4% of those under age 18 and 20.6% of those age 65 or over.
