Windermere Estates, Edmonton

Windermere Estates is a new neighborhood in south west Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, overlooking the North Saskatchewan River valley.

It is bounded on the south by Elerslie Road, on the east by 170 Street and Terwillegar Drive, on the north east by Anthony Henday Drive, and on the west and north west by the river valley.

According to the 2005 Municipal Census, there were 84 single family dwellings in the neighborhood, with all but three of these homes being owner occupied. Because this is a new area under development, it is reasonable to expect this information to change significantly as the neighborhood undergoes further development.[1]
