Noble Winfred Ballou (born November 30, 1897 in Mount Morgan, Kentucky, died January 30, 1963 in San Francisco, California) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball. He pitched from 1925-1929 with three major league teams and pitched in two games during the 1925 World Series. He spent his college days at Eastern Kentucky University.
