WIN TV is a television station in Trinidad and Tobago. The station launched on May 1, 2007 on Channels 37 and 39 on the UHF band and Channel 12 on the Flow cable service. The station is managed primarily by veteran businessman Mohan Jaikaran. Sunil Ramdeen and Neil Prashad are also key players in the project.

WIN TV, also known as World Indian Network Television was originally expected to launch in September 2006, but it faced several delays after a dispute with the Hindu Credit Union Group over the rights holder to the broadcast license. The High Court dismissed the HCU's claims in April, 2007.

WIN TV features a large percentage of Trinidad and Tobago local oriented programming such as E-Magazine, Chefs Of The Caribbean and Maticoor Night. It also includes comedy shows, cooking programmes, home decorating tips, lifestyle choices and women's issues. Additionally, the station has forged links with international distribution agencies to share and carry content in the North American and Indian markets.There are a range of programs after the news eg. Medical Matters, The War Room, The Ladies Room and The Bollywood Countdown

WIN TV carries a full hour of news at noon called Midday Live, and a two-hour major newscast at 6.00pm which includes a call in program called "Conservations With The Nation". After which the 7.00 pm news broadcast called "The Power Hour" This is supplemented by hourly news bulletins throughout the day.
