So what's happened to Mark now? Maybe he submitted a report on "15 ways to circumvent User Access Control" to his manager, and now is getting a dressing down for being 'unhelpful'?  ;) Seriously, why not a squeak from him in a month? 217.34.138.161 16:04, 29 August 2006 (UTC)

He only seems to blog once a month, more or less, so it hasn't been long enough to start thinking he has been "silenced". P.S. Anyone know why this is mark as part of the "WikiProject Texas"? Concavelenz 16:19, 29 August 2006 (UTC)

He has a new blog at Technet: http://blogs.technet.com/markrussinovich/

[edit] Source Code

Unfortunately, when Microsoft aquired Sysinternals they took down all of the source code, killing a valuable learning tool. You can get it from http://www.megaupload.com/?d=H25RWTHC still though. Alg8662 00:52, 26 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Unclear

This article isn't very clear on what Winternals is. Do they distribute third party products, or their own? If it's there own, they why refer to it as a website rather than a software company? --59.167.216.159 17:38, 9 November 2006 (UTC)

Sysinternals was for the freeware utilities under Winternals umbrella. Winternals was the commercial site and the company. --Mircea.Vutcovici 15:20, 31 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Rename

I suggest this page should be renamed as Winternals, as Winternals is effectively the parent company of Sysinternals. Winternals currently redirects here. Any views welcome. --h2g2bob 19:36, 6 October 2006 (UTC)

Sounds good to me. -/- Warren 20:59, 6 October 2006 (UTC)
Move completed. -GTBacchus(talk) 01:30, 14 October 2006 (UTC)
They're still called Sysinternals, though: [1]. — Alex (T|C|E) 04:20, 11 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Locksmith

Locksmith is/was part of Winternals ERD Commander. I do not recall to be part of Sysinternals. --Mircea.Vutcovici 15:23, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
