After a bit of Googling: it's actually a neighborhood in Bristol. -- The Anome 06:34, 3 May 2007 (UTC)

I think you have now created 2 article titles for the same place as the Winterbourne Down, South Gloucestershire article says "it is on the outskirts of Bristol" & as the city grew amny surrounding villages became commuter suburbs of the city.— Rod ^talk 07:23, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
