I've made some adjustments to the tone of this article in an attempt to make it more neutral. I think it's workable enough now and just needs to cite some of its claims, and could use a little structuring. It also could use the attention of someone who is an expert on the subject to check through to make sure that everything is accurate. I did my best to salvage the information and rewrite it in a neutral tone, but with my limited knowledge I may have disrupted the accuracy of it in some places, so please check through to make sure that everything is okay. ▫Bad▫harlick♠ 05:50, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
