"The smaller class size allows for a better working relationship to be forged between the student and the teacher. This creates a very successful work environment for students.[citation needed] Students who come to Windfern often think that the school is much easier than their "home campus," when in actuality the smaller, longer classes lay the groundwork for hard work and focus.[citation needed] Students at Windfern find their work easier because they are less distracted and receive more individual attention.[citation needed]"
