Believed to be fair use in the article Wings of Hope because it illustrates the film which is the main subject of the article. It is of reduced resolution, and no free or promotional alternative likely exists because the film never received a theatrical release. It is also believed to be fair use for LANSA Flight 508 which is focused on the crash, as well as Juliane Köpcke about the sole survivor of the crash, seen here.
