Description

The ruin of South Wingfield Manor, South Wingfield, Derbyshire, England. The ruins are actually closed now for some reason, but you can still get to the edge on nearby public footpaths - however, you'll always get some wall in the way and some barbed wire).

Mary Queen of Scots was 'imprisoned' here and it was an important place in the English Civil War. Mr Cromwell did quite a lot of damage.
