Could someone edit the reference styles infobox, (because I can't figure out how)? Mgr. Eijk's informal reference style is mentioned as being cardinal, but since he isn't (yet) a cardinal, his reference style should just be bishop. Montymark (talk) 08:55, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
