The Wilson River is a river in northern New South Wales. It is a tributary of the Richmond River, in to which it flows at Coraki. It rises in the eastern section of the Nightcap National Park and flows southwest through Lismore and then south to Coraki.

It floods periodically, and on occasion, has inundated Lismore. It's for this reason that many of Lismore's homes are built elevated, in a fashion known as hiset.
