Wilson Kiprugut (born 1938) is a Kenyan former athlete who competed mainly in the 800 metres.
He won the bronze medal in the 800 metres at the 1964 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan. Four years later, at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City, Mexico, he improved one place to win the silver medal.
He won two gold medals (in the 400 and 800 metres) at the inaugural All-Africa Games
