Wilmer Raynel Neal Velásquez (born 28 April 1972 in San Pedro Sula, Cortés) is a Honduran football player. He currently plays for Club Deportivo Olimpia.
Velásquez is currently the all-time top goalscorer in the Honduran National Football League with 176 goals, and was the second player to reached 150 goals after Denilson Costa.
In 2005, Wilmer Velásquez was placed in second place, just behind the Brazilian player Adriano Leite Ribeiro,18 goals, as the top scorer on league and national team by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics with 15 goals. [1]
Velásquez played in Mexico without any fortune and returned to Honduras.
