Wilman Conde, Jr. (born August 28, 1982 in Cali, Colombia) is a Colombian football defender. On club level he currently plays for Chicago Fire in the MLS, and on international level he has represented his native Colombia at various levels.

Conde made his proffesional debut with Deportes Quindío during the 2000 campaign. His play at Quindío led to interest from the top Colombian sides. In 2001 he joined Deportivo Cali and became a fixture at the club for the next three years. In 2004 he went to Cortuluá, followed by a brief spell at Ecuadorean side Aucas. After training with Tigre in Argentina, Conde signed with Millonarios,where he was often seen as the heart of the clubs defense. After appearing in 33 matches for the club, he was sold to the Chicago Fire of MLS for about 300,000 US Dollars due to the money constraints of Millonarios.

Wilman Conde has represented Colombia at the under-15, under-17, under-20 and under-23 levels. In 2000 he helped Colombia proclaim itself champion of the Torneo Esperanzas de Toulon.
