Willy Miranda

Guillermo "Willy" Miranda (May 24, 1926 in Velasco, Cuba - September 7, 1996 in Baltimore, Maryland), is a former professional baseball player who played short stop in the Major Leagues from 1951-1959. He would play for the Washington Senators, Chicago White Sox, St. Louis Browns, New York Yankees, and Baltimore Orioles. In 1955, Miranda topped the American League in double plays.[1]
