Willow Springs Township is a township in Douglas County, Kansas, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 1,409. It was named after a small watering stop along the Santa Fe Trail.

Willow Springs Township covers an area of 54.55 square miles and contains no incorporated settlements. According to the USGS, it contains four cemeteries: Bethel, Flory, Sutton and Worden.
The stream of Chicken Creek runs through this township.
