Willow Landing Elementary School

Willow Landing Elementary School, in the south end of Barrie, Ontario, is a school for students in Grades K-8. Its current principal is Paula Murphy and its vice-principal is Patrick Miller. The school was named because the original settlers travelled along the river that runs from Big Bay Point to Minesing at Willow Creek to Willow Landing.^{[citation needed]} The school first opened its doors in September 1998.
