Willis Otañez

Willis Otañez (born April 19, 1973, in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico) was a Major League Baseball infielder.

Signed by the Los Angeles Dodgers as an amateur free agent in 1990, Otañez would make his Major League Baseball debut with the Baltimore Orioles on August 25, 1998, and appear in his final game on October 3, 1999.
