William Wayne Justice

William Wayne Justice (born 1920 in Athens, Texas) is a Senior United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Texas. He sits, by designation, in the Western District of Texas. Judge Justice was appointed to the bench by President Lyndon B. Johnson. He is known for authoring many progressive legal decisions.
