William Utay is an American character actor known for roles as stockbroker turned bum Phil Sanders, and Phil's evil twin Will, on the American television series Night Court. Currently, Utay plays Dr. Wilhelm Rolf, an associate of the DiMera crime family, on the NBC soap opera Days of Our Lives.
