William Thoresson (born May 31, 1932) is a Swedish gymnast and Olympic champion.

Thoresson competed at the 1952 Summer Olympics in Helsinki, where he received a gold medal in floor exercises.[1] He received a bronze medal at the 1956 Summer Olympics in Melbourne.
He received a silver medal in floor exercise at the 1954 world championship.

Thoresson was inducted into the International Gymnastics Hall of Fame in 2001.[2]
