William Thomas Middle School (WTMS) is a middle school in American Falls, Idaho. William Thomas Middle School is one of five schools in the American Falls Joint School District #381. The school was named after the former superintendent of the American Falls school district.

Grade sizes vary from nearly 150 students per grade and about 20 students per class. The school holds a total of 3 grades; 6th, 7th and 8th.
