William Terrell Hodges, (born 1934 in Lake Wales, Florida).
Hodges is currently a senior status judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. It should also be noted he began serving as Chief Judge in 1982. He was in private practice in Tampa, Florida from 1958 until 1971, when he was first appointed a Judgeship. In 1971 he was appointed by President Richard Nixon to serve as a United States District Judge.

Hodges graduated from the University of Florida in 1956 with his Bachelors degree. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Levin College of Law at UF in 1958.
