William Stourton, 16th Baron Stourton

William Stourton, 16th Baron Stourton (1704-1781) was a younger son of Charles Stourton, himself the third son of the twelfth Baron Stourton.
William succeeded his brother Charles in 1753.
He married Winifred Howard, daughter of Philip Howard and niece of the eighth and ninth Dukes of Norfolk, in 1749. They had at least one son:
- Charles Philip who became Baron in 1781.
