William St Julien Arabin

William St Julien Arabin (17731841) was a British jurist who served as the United Kingdom Judge Advocate General for a three-and-a-half-month period (6 November 183821 February 1839).

Judge Arabin was known as an eccentric figure who was notorious for his confused pronouncements. Some of his most famous quotes include:
