William Schofield

William Schofield (February 14, 1857 – June 10, 1912) was a United States Judge.
Schofield attended the Harvard Law School and then practiced law in Boston, Massachusetts. He was a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives from 1899 to 1902 and served as a judge of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court from 1902 to 1911. In 1911, President William Howard Taft named Schofield as a Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, but he served in that position for just one year before his death.
