William Remington Moses (born November 17, 1959, Los Angeles, California), sometimes also credited as Billy R. Moses is an American actor. He is the son of the late actress Marian McCargo (1932-2004) and advertising executive Richard Cantrell Moses, Sr. who divorced in 1963. Marian remarried in 1970 to the late former Republican Congressman Alphonzo Bell, Jr. (1914-2004). Alphonso adopted Billy and his brothers Rick and Harry. William briefly attended Wesleyan University.

He is probably best known for playing "Cole Gioberti" in the 1980s prime-time soap opera Falcon Crest (from 1981 to 1987). He also played Raymond Burr's private investigator and young partner, "Ken Malansky", in the Perry Mason television movies (1989 to 1995).

Moses also appeared on Melrose Place as "Keith Gray" (1992-1993). Following the Perry Mason television movies, he went on to play "David Graysmark" on FAME LA. Moses is also notable for his appearances in not one, but two Mary Kate and Ashley short films, The Adventures of Mary-Kate & Ashley: The Case of the Mystery Cruise and The Adventures of Mary-Kate & Ashley: The Case of the Sea World Adventure, both in 1995. He was also seen in various feature films and on the Hallmark Mystery Movie series Jane Doe (January 2005).

He has recently appeared in various movies on Lifetime. His latest two are A Lover's Revenge, starring his former Perry Mason costar, Alexandra Paul, and The Perfect Marriage, also starring Jamie Luner and James Wilder.

Moses married Tracy Nelson, daughter of the late rock singer Rick Nelson, and Kristin Harmon in July 25, 1987, but they divorced in 1997; they have a daughter, Remington Elizabeth Moses born August 11, 1992. He has remarried and he and his new wife, Sarah, also have a daughter Grace.
