William David McKenzie, Baron McKenzie of Luton (Bill McKenzie) (born 24 July 1946) in an English Labour politician, since January 2007, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Department for Work and Pensions

Born the son of Donald and Elsie May McKenzie, née Doust, he was educated at the University of Bristol where he graduated with a BA in Economics and Accounting. He qualified as a professional accountant, becoming a partner of Price Waterhouse in the UK from 1980 to 1986. From 1993 to 1998 he worked for Price Waterhouse in Hong Kong, acting as partner-in-charge for Vietnam from 1996.[1]
He was a member of Luton Borough Council from 1976 to 1992 then again from 1999 to 2005, being leader from 2003. He unsuccessfully contested Luton South in 1987 and 1992. He was created a life peer in 2004 and served as a Lord in Waiting from 2005 to 2007.[1]
He married Diana Joyce Angliss in 1972 and states his recreations as swimming, reading and music.[1] They live in Luton.
