William Marks
William Marks

William Marks (October 13, 1778April 10, 1858) was an American lawyer and politician from Beaver, Pennsylvania. He served in both houses in the state legislature and was the Speaker for the House from 1813 to 1819. He later represented Pennsylvania in the United States Senate.
