William Lloyd (councillor)

William Lloyd is a councillor for Brentwood Borough Council, elected in May 2007 to represent the Conservatives. He is the youngest person to be elected to official office in Britain[1], the minimum age for candidates having been lowered from 21 to 18 the previous year.

At the time he was elected, Cllr Lloyd was also Head Boy of Brentwood County High School and studying A-levels[2].
