William John Castagna (born 1924 in Philadelphia).
Castagna was a judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. It should also be noted he served in the US Airforce from 1943 - 1945. He was in private practice in Clearwater, Florida from 1950 until 1979, when he was first appointed a Judgeship. In 1979 he was appointed by President Jimmy Carter to serve as a United States District Judge.
