William Henry Bullock (b. 13 Apr 1927, Maple Lake, Minnesota) is an American Roman Catholic churchman. Now retired, he is styled Bishop Emeritus of Madison.
He attended Saint Paul Seminary before being ordained a priest. He was Auxiliary Bishop of Saint Paul and Minneapolis and Titular Bishop of Natchesium (1980-1987), Bishop of Des Moines, (1987-1993) then Bishop of Madison, until his retirement in 2003.
