William E. Borah Apartment, Windsor Lodge, also known as Windsor Lodge or Chancellery Cooperative, is a 16 unit apartment building in Washington, D.C. Apartment 21 in the building was a home of William Edgar Borah (1865-1940). For its association with his life, the entire building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976,[2] and was at the same time further declared a National Historic Landmark.[1][3]
