William Dufris (aka William Duffy,and "Billy" to his former friends, born February 1, 1958 in Houlton, Maine) is an American voice actor who has spent the bulk of his acting career in England. He attended the University of Southern Maine in Portland-Gorham before moving to London, UK in 1986, where he resided for the next 13 years. He appeared on many of Manga UK's dubs eg Lupin III (The Secret of Mamo and Goodbye Lady Liberty) as well as the American version of Bob the Builder.
