William Christopher Pakenham

Sir William Christopher Pakenham (1861-1933) was a British observer with the Japanese Fleet during the Russo-Japanese War, during World War I he commanded 2nd Battle Cruiser Squadron during the Battle of Jutland, and from December 1916 was Commander-in-Chief of the Battle Cruiser Fleet.[1]
