William Chan is a Hong Kong singer and a member of the Cantopop group Sun Boy'z. He was the winner of the 22nd Annual New Talent Singing Awards in 2003.

Having an interest towards dancing and the performing arts, William began dancing at the age of 8 and began taking lessons at age 14. In 2002, at age 16, William Chan was one of the 12 finalists of the first annual Talent Show 2002 in Hong Kong and won all 4 awards including the main award. At age 17, he won the 2003 International Chinese New Talent Singing Championship - Hong Kong Regional Finals including the Super Dancing Stage Presence Award (勁舞台風演繹獎) and the Self-Expression Award (自我才華表現獎). As the winner, he was signed to Emperor Entertainment Group.

In 2004, William co-hosted the Saturday morning children's programme Viva! Club Disney. On June 26, 2006, he was arranged to join the Cantopop duo Boy'z (Steven Cheung and Dennis Mak) and the group was renamed as Sun Boy'z. Their self-titled debut EP was released in September of 2006.

  • William seems to have a tattoo under his left armpit, as can be seen in the MV 兩心悉 when he raises his hands to shape a heart.
