William C. Nolan, Jr.

William C. Nolan, Jr. (also known as Bill Nolan) is President and CEO of Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation. Nolan received his undergraduate degree from Yale University in 1961, and his law degree from Yale Law School in 1964.
After graduation, he worked in the Law Department of Murphy Oil Corporation until 1969, when he left to found the Nolan and Alderson Law Firm, where he is a partner. On July 15, 2002 he was voted Chairman of the Board of Murphy Oil where he had been a Murphy director since 1977. He succeeded R. Madison Murphy who remained a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Nolan is an avid runner who has run more than 70 marathons in his life.
