William C. Cozzens

William C. Cozzens (August 26, 1811 - December 17, 1876) was an American politician and a former governor of Rhode Island.

Cozzens was born in Rhode Island on August 26, 1811. He was a successful dry goods businessman. Cozzens was the governor of Rhode Island from March 3, 1863 to May 26, 1863.
