William Alexander, Baron Alexander of Potterhill

William Picken Alexander, Baron Alexander of Potterhill, (13 December 1905 in Paisley –8 September 1993), was a British author, specialising in the educational system of the United Kingdom. Alexander was educated at Glasgow University. He married Joan Mary Williamson.[1] He was named Baron Alexander of Potterhill, of Paisley in the County of Renfrew, on 2 September 1974.
