William A. Osborn is Chairman and CEO of Northern Trust Corporation (multibank holding company) and The Northern Trust Company (bank). Other directorships: Caterpillar Inc.; Nicor Inc. and the Tribune Company. Mr. Osborn has been a director of Caterpillar since 2000.
