Willem van Haren

Jonkheer Willem van Haren (born in Leeuwarden Feb 21, 1710 – died in Sint-Oedenrode July 4, 1768) was a Dutch poet.[1] His best known work was an epic poem, Friso, created in 1741. His brother, jhr. Onno Zwier van Haren, was also a poet and wrote patriotic verses.
