William Marc Malnati (born April 28, 1985[1]), known commonly as Will Malnati, is a popular up and coming singer also known as Will or Malnati who rose to fame following his debut in the Ben Affleck and Matt Damon produced Miramax film: Stolen Summer (2002). His debut album which is still unnamed is set to be released in mid-August 2006.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Will Malnati is currently one of the most anticipated music artists of 2006 according to himself.

Before his musical aspiration's, Will Malnati was known as an up and coming actor, after staring several full length motion pictures. His is also the son of Marc Malnati of Chicago's famous Lou Malnati's Pizzeria, rated AOL CITYGUIDE's "City's Best" Pizza in 2004.

Though music had always been a big part of his life, he has an extensive acting resume, which include a Ben Affleck/Matt Damon produced Miramax film, Stolen Summer. Stolen Summer was the feature film written and directed by Peter Jones, the winner of Ben Affleck's and Matt Damon's screenplay competition: Project Greenlight. Will has also starred in the never released Warner Bros. pilot, Bad Haircut. He has also performed in plays at two of Chicago’s most well-known theatres. He was also in a band in high school named Uphill Traffic. Will described the music as a blend between L.F.O and Matchbox 20.

Will is a student enrolled at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York (in the) School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration. In 2004 at Cornell, Will attempted to stretch his creative muscles in a Directing Lab class in the Theatre Department — with humorous results. Recently, Will has even been involved in television production, as he has worked for MTV’s Punk’d hosted by Ashton Kutcher and several shows for NBC. In 2005 he completed writing his first full-length screenplay.

His musical career started at the age of 10, and has played with several bands throughout high school and college. He is currently working on his first studio release which is yet to be named. The album is set to be released in mid-August 2006. Several tracks released on his website willmalnati.com has spread through peer-to-peer download clients.
