William Franklin (born October 13, 1985 in St. Louis, Missouri) is a former college football wide receiver for the Missouri Tigers. He was a 4th round selection (105th overall) in the 2008 NFL Draft by the Kansas City Chiefs in the National Football League.[1] He played high school football at Vashon High School in St. Louis.

Franklin is the nephew of former NFL wide receiver Darnay Scott. He ran a 4.37 40 yard dash at the 2008 NFL Combine.
