Wilfredo Iraheta Sanabria (born February 22, 1967 in Sensuntepeque, El Salvador) is a Former Salvadoran football (soccer) player. His position is Defender.

Wilfredo Iraheta has had a long and wonderful career playing in El Salvador. Wilfredo Iraheta was sterdy defender whose strength in the air and tackling made instant success, also gaining a spot in the national squad on several occasions. Wilfredo has been labelled as a great defender in which ever tournament always playing with tremondous pride and honour. In 2001 retired from both international and domestic football bringing an end to a marvellous career.

Wilfredo Iraheta married Patricia Iraheta and had three children's William (8 years), Maria Jose (5) and Alejandra (3). Wilfredo has a degree in medicine and has entered into politics.
