Wilfred Caplan

Wilfred Caplan was a Liberal Party of Ontario candidate for the provincial riding of York Mills in the 1977 provincial election. He lost to Bette Stephenson.
He is the husband of Elinor Caplan, later a provincial MPP and federal Member of Parliament, and the father of David Caplan, currently a provincial MPP.
