Wildwood Park Elementary School is an elementary school in the Puyallup School District of Washington State. Wildwood Elementary opened its doors for the 1966-1967 school year. Wildwood Park Elementary is named after the nearby park with the same name. School colors are green and gold and its mascot is the wildcat. Wildwood is the only Puyallup school that offers the HOSTS [2] reading program. Wildwood Park was selected as a Washington State School of Distinction [3] in 2007. This award was given based on six years of improvement in both Reading and Math on Washington's annual assessment of student learning (WASL) [4].
